What is Forward Foundry?
Forward Foundry is a venture studio that builds, operates, and scales software products — we call them Adventures. Instead of building each venture in isolation, we created a unified Global Control Plane that connects every input stream, every project, and every decision into a single operational intelligence system.
The FFCP (Forward Foundry Control Panel) is the nerve center of the studio. It ingests events from GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Slack, email, and more — then normalizes, analyzes, and routes that information to the people and agents who need it. AI-powered digests, real-time dashboards, and intelligent Slack notifications keep the studio running efficiently at scale.
